This APP aims to design an intervention in the field of reading and to be implemented with sufficient intensity in order to improve reading fluency levels.
The application consists of tabs:

- specialized training;
- printed texts;
- voice converter;

- public Library.


SPECIALIZED TRAINING
Specialized training is a space where you can find excerpts from texts in the public domain and is divided into three levels of difficulty, since it is essential that they read texts according to their reading level or slightly above.

TRAINING LEVELS
In specialized training, excerpts from works with a number of different words are proposed, having been divided by levels. These levels were designed based on basic education curriculum goals and what is expected to be read per minute according to age.
At level 1, the excerpts have approximately the number of words that are supposed to be read per minute at the end of the 1st year, according to the curricular goals. At level 2 (3rd year) and at level 3 (at the end of the 6th year).

TRAINING INTENSITY
Training requires intense practice, at least 15 minutes, three times a week.

PRINTED TEXTS
You can use any text you have printed or any book you feel like reading.
Important note: when using printed texts, you first need to enter the total number of words in the text, then start the stopwatch and finally stop when you finish reading.

VOICE CONVERTER
The voice converter allows automatic voice recognition and its transcription into text, which makes it easier to count words per minute.
You can copy any reading you've converted into text and place it permanently in your personal library space.
Note: to use the voice converter you need to be online or access it on your mobile phone and follow these steps: enter settings, input language, google voice writing, offline voice recognition, all, “language” and download.

TRANSFER AREA
Previous note: when entering this functionality, the last information that has been selected and copied from the operating system will appear, for example sms, email or others.
This space allows you to perform a reading with an automatic word count by transferring texts and/or information from documents available on your device.

PERSONAL LIBRARY
Personal library is a space where you will place all the texts that are being used for this reading speed training. This functionality allows you to store (by copying and pasting) the texts of any document opened by other APPs and these are permanently available.
Note: whenever you want to start reading speed training using this feature, you must press for 3 seconds on the desired text.


PUBLIC LIBRARY
In this library, public domain works are found, since they do not have property rights or copyrights, thus there is no restriction on use.

In this APP, the OpenDyslexic font is used, taking into account the recommendations of educators, teachers and other users.
